Bumps and Dings

Today I had a couple of "oopsies." This morning, Mom didn't have her contacts in, yet, but she shot these pictures of me watching TV. She and Dad moved it onto her desk so the cable could reach, but it still doesn't work. Especially since moments after this second shot was taken, I pulled the TV off the desk and onto me.

It scared the (edited) out of me.

I don't know what she thought I was reaching for. I've already played with everything else on her desk. I wanted the TV. And I got it!

After all that, we went to Toddler Time. They're doing it on Mondays now, too. It was a nice, small group.

For lunch we had some more lasagna. Mom keeps talking about getting a high-chair, but I see nothing wrong with our current arrangement.

Hey, Alex, do you want to come help me clean this up?

Well, here's "oopsie" number two. Mom pushed the button to catch me successfully climbing out of the chair feet first, but my feet slipped on the ground, and by the time the shutter flashed, Mom was halfway to me.

Mom let me clean out her wallet this evening. She says it will help her purge her old Blockbuster and Price Chopper cards.

The rest of the day went by in a relatively uneventful fashion.
Of course, Mom didn't think it was a good idea to be running around with a fork, considering our pattern of "oopsies" today.

At least it isn't scissors.

Hi Donovan!
A few oopsies are good lessons as long as they don't cause serious injury. I think you would really like eating in a high chair! Tell your mommy to pick one out that you both like and Grandma and Grandpa will buy it for you.
