Been a Few Days

Mom's usually great about taking photos, she just doesn't always know where she put the cord to upload them. She's 99% habitual about tucking it right into the drawer, but she forgot Thursday and so we have a delay.

Friday:

Here I am watching Elmo and lounging against the couch. (and outgrowing my pajamas i might add, but I have lots more)

And here I am enjoying some yogurt. Haven't I heard it's good for your hair?

Saturday:

Booger or not, I'm still cute.

Mom made me a meal of waffles, bananas and frozen melon slices. FROZEN melon! I loved it.

Here, kitty kitty, I got something for you to try.

Who gave the cat brainfreeze? It wasn't me!

Sunday:

We went to church Sunday morning. I was so good the other people commented on how quiet and well behaved I was. It didn't hurt that Mom brought crackers, and didn't fight me about holding still. She let me run around the back of the room as long as I didn't get into anything. Everyone there is so friendly and the lady in charge talks directly to and about me during the lesson. It's lots of fun!

Afterwards we went to the department store where Mom bought diapers and picked up a new pair of shoes for me. They only cost $10, but they're cool enough. Not as cool as the light-up ones Mom let me try on first, but she said there's no point in buying me shoes that cost more than $30 because they're so fancy I can't even dig them yet. I don't know, I could learn to dig them pretty quick.

We were pretty casual for the rest of the day. I was in a cuddly mood. I seem to be like that lately. Mom has noticed that a lot of my friends my age seem to be that way. Maybe it's a stage.

Mom let me try these meat sticks from Gerber. They're not bad. Alex keeps following me around when I'm eating one, though.

Monday:

We went to toddler time this morning. It was a nice small group. It was just Charlie and Lenny and a couple of girls and me. We had lots of fun. Charlie and I played with ice. It was slippery and cold, and it makes water when you put it in your mouth.

For lunch, Mom and I had sweet potato and brown rice. It was pretty good, but Mom gave me more than I could finish.

She gave me a fork, but today just wasn't a good day for forks.

Ah, but forks are for dorks.

I'm too cool for that, baby!
