This morning we woke up when Daddy called to say "Good Morning." It's always good to hear from him. I miss him. He will be home soon, though.

We lounged around in our pajamas for a little bit and then Mom and I got dressed and headed out to Toddler Time.




I wasn't very social today, I was much more interested in chewing on things than interacting. Charlie was there, though, and our moms think it's cute that we recognize each other and almost seem to favor each other's company. Owen was there for a little bit, too, but I didn't get to play with him today. We're supposed to see him tomorrow, too, though.

Mom got a picture of me walking. It's a little fuzzy, but that's just because I move so quickly.

Everyone says I'm so young to be walking. I think I just learned when it was right for me. Some kids don't want to walk this early, but I did. No biggie.

When we got home from Toddler Time, I took a good nap. I thought Mom was napping, too, but when I woke up, I discovered that she was cleaning and unpacking some of the stuff that she hadn't gotten to upstairs yet.

Not long after that, Dixie (our neighbor) came over to sit with me while Mom prepared for a facial. When Mom's appointment arrived, I was excited to see that it was Lenny's mom, and she brought Lenny! I got to show him all of my toys and we split a banana, which we honestly, mostly threw on the floor, but it was fun.

After that, Mom and I had Macaroni & Cheese for dinner. She gave me a fork, but I just ate mostly with my fingers anyway. It was macaroni, after all. Maybe if it had been sweet potatoes again I would have used the fork.

This evening we got triple baby news:

1 - I have a new aunt. She was born this afternoon. Aunt Kimberly was just over 9 lbs and is 22 inches tall. She's a big girl! Mom's excited to have a new little sister & she feels bad she can't be there to meet her. I am excited to have a new aunt, but I'm not sure how she's going to properly spoil me.

2 - The cousin Aunt Tina is making for me is a boy, and his name is Issac. I'm looking forward to meeting him. We'll be great friends, I'm sure.

3 - One of Mommy's friends from Kansas City is growing a baby, too, and has been for 3 months now. She told Mommy today.

Mom is all excited about all this baby news. She also has a couple of friends here who are growing new babies too. Hopefully all this baby news doesn't give her any ideas. I kind of like being her only baby right now.
