Weekending

Saturday morning, Mom let me try Cocoa Dino-Bites. They're nummy. Mom thought it was funny that they kept getting stuck to my face when I would miss my mouth. Nothing new for me, though.

I had a little more luck with lunch. We had pizza. It was good. I'm not much on dessert before the meal, by the way, as you can tell from the discarded cookies around me.

Don't worry, I got to them later. Mom vacuumed up the Cheerios, though, so I didn't get to eat those later. And those noodles from the other day, well, apparently she vaccumed those, too.

It's a shame, too. I was looking forward to them.

After lunch I played while Mom folded the laundry that didn't get stollen. When I tried to snack on a book, Mom gave me some fresh Cheerios.

They're best right out of her hand.

Saturday evening Mom and I worked on putting up decorations in my room. I helped by holding the ladder and by unpacking my diapers.

We got a lot done before I got so tired, I couldn't work anymore. I started pulling on Mom's legs so she couldn't work anymore, either, and FINALLY, she stopped working and prepared me for bed.

Sunday we finished the job. It looks great. I have my own galaxy in there! Mom says it's only half done. I think she means only the top half is done. We still have to fix and set up my crib. And Mom says she has some ideas for the lower parts of the walls.

Sunday we also went to the crab races. There was some guy singing old music and his hair was even wilder than mine.

We also ran into Charlie there. He and I helped each other finish our lunches.

For dinner we had pizza again. (Mom says she found a good deal on frozen pizzas, and that's why.)

Even though Mom took the toppings off for me, I think she missed a pepper. At one point my eyes got all watery and my mouth got all firey. I kept eating, though. I've never had such an exciting experience with food before!

After the pizza we split a pear. Mom says that adding a little fruit will help keep me from being constipated.

I think pears are becomming one of my favorites, right up there with bananas. Mom doesn't buy them as often, though. She says they're not cheap.

This is a concept I have yet to understand.
