Learning and Playing Daily
Hi. Thanks for visiting my Blog again.
By the way, when considering how tall I am, please know that the legs are not on the couch yet because Mom has only found 2 so far while unpacking. The couch sits a little lower than normal right now. But I am a big boy.
This morning I found a photo Album that Mom unpacked. It had photos of Mom & Dad from a couple of years ago. Dad had even more hair than I do.
I love to flip the pages of books and magazines. I like to look at the pictures.
There are lots of books in our house. I'm glad because they're great for reading and flipping through and for sitting on and also for pulling off of the shelves. And I know something you don't know: Books are also good for chewing.
Mom doesn't agree. She had this book out of my mouth seconds after this photo was shot.
But I've heard her say that she wishes she could find some time to sink her teeth into a good book. I think she doesn't let me chew the books because she gets jealous that she can't.
I played with Alex a lot today. He was in a playful mood. So we had lots of fun. Here we are playing with the feather stick.
I also petted him a lot. He is so soft. I'm getting very good at gently stroking his fur. Sometimes I still end up getting excited and hitting him, or leaning on him, but he's very patient.
This afternoon we sat outside for a little bit and Mom did some more gardening. She really enjoys it. She says she looks forward to when I get beyond wanting to put everything into my mouth because then I can play in the dirt with her.
I think if she let me down, I could work on reducing our grub population.
But Mom says that so far I'm doing just fine as a vegetarian.
